Times are tough in the robot retail business. The market has been very volatile of late and the board haven't been too pleased with recent performance. Let me make one thing absolutely clear: I have spent a lifetime trying to make life better for Celestians. Everything I do - and everything my various business enterprises have sought to do - is with that vision at the heart. It's a lofty goal but I believe we can and should make a difference to people's lives through our robots. 

You'll hear it said, no doubt, that we are very firm. That is correct, but I believe we are also very fair. Yes, we have high standards but we will listen to sound reasoning and give you every chance to succeed. Please remember that! The fact that we have given Bob Roberts so many chances to turn things around should prove that we are more than forgiving of the odd - shall we say - lapse in competency! I've known that man a long time and one day he'll realise that I'm not his enemy, despite everything he inflicted on me when we were children!

We're counting on you to come up with a Marketing Plan that will really supercharge our recovery and get us back to our rightful place as market leaders! If you succeed, you're efforts will be recognised!

I have asked some of your colleagues to make contact over the next couple of days via email and introduce themselves. Please listen to their candid opinions but decipher for yourself what needs to be done. Time is ticking, so get to work!
