Marketing is marketing and what I teach is totally transferrable to any sector or category, B2C or B2B. Some of the examples used in the classes are from the world of hospitality, but many aren't. The fun and optional exam at the end of the Academy is set in a fictional world where you'll be selling personal robots on the planet Celestia!

The single Online Classes are a one-off payment. You will own the content forever but obviously won't get updates or additions that may be added in the future. You can by the All Classes Bundle which is an annual subscription to receive all 10 classes at a hugely discounted price. This subscription will renew each year until you stop the subscription but you will receive any new content and updates on your renewal. The Academy is a much more comprehensive course with 10 modules, an accredited exam and a member community. Your subscription gives you evergreen access to all course materials, membership of the community with exclusive member content, and access to all my other classes.

When you purchase and subscribe, you will have immediate access to module one. Each module thereafter is released every 7 days (and you will receive an email notification to let you know the next module is unlocked). I think this is the best pace to take the course to cement your learning, to read any additional resources, and maybe to re-watch a couple of times. Each module lasts around 1hr30m and there are 9 modules before the optional exam. Beyond that, you can take as long as you like to get through the modules. You will have access to all modules as long as your subscription is active, so there are no deadlines... you have enough of those at work! 

I also provide each module in podcast form so you can listen in the gym or whilst you're walking the dog. It really is up to you how and when you consume the content!

Not at all. The Academy is designed for busy people with busy lives! All modules are online and on-demand so you can go totally at your own pace. Anytime, anywhere! I have, however, staggered each module to unlock every 7 days. This is to allow you time to reflect on each module, read any resources, re-watch and get the most out of the course. Binge-watching all modules back-to-back doesn't cement your learning as well as taking them at a steady pace. However, once each module is unlocked, you can revisit them at any time for as long as your subscription is active. You will receive an email notification as soon as the next module is unlocked.

Each module has an audio version so you can even learn whilst you're at the gym or walking the dog! All members take learning at their own speed and on their own terms. Other members will be at different stages of the course and receive their certificate whenever they finish. If you're taking the exam, I also actively encourage you to cheat and discuss the project with other community members - this is about your learning and development, it's not school!

Absolutely not! You're all adults with busy lives and other priorities. You'll still get a certificate of completion whether you choose to take the exam or not. It is however, a lot of fun and a great way to apply the learning from the course. It's set in the fictional world of the planet Celestia where you'll be responsible for turning around the fortunes of RobsBots - one of Celestia's personal robot brands. You'll have to work with several characters along the way and make some important choices as you put together your marketing plan for submission to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Anyone can purchase a gift card for The Academy at any time. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email Gift Card containing a unique one-time coupon code. Simply gift the code to the recipient who can use the code at checkout and have a 100% discount applied. The gift code includes the course content, all materials, and one year's subscription to the Community. After that first free year, continued access to my platform will be at the normal price of £152 and charged to the recipient, not the original gift giver.
